As far as I know there isn't such function in Windows OS. However You can google for scanner sharing apps (there are some, but works only with some scanners). Also all in some one printers with network connection have scanner sharing function. For example my HP C6180 allows scanning using web interface.

When I go to scan documents, the target destination is set as a shared network file server. In the print management console I can see the IP address of the file server. So far so good.

The only reliable ones I've seen were large commercial Xerox or Canon copier/printer/scanners and I don't think that's what you're looking for.

2020年2月3日 · The way I would do it is get yourself a network capable multi function printer. They are not overly expensive (~$50). You should be able to scan and print from any PC on the network. Not sure there is a way to initiate the scan from a remote computer to a USB scanner.
