Since you now have 10% of your max health, that's about 0.1hp(+0.1hp per stack) per red bubble, up to a maximum of 10 extra hp (+10 per stack). Or at least that's how it worked for me, who thought infusion would be overpowered like back with RoR1, but turns out that's not the case lol
