2020年6月5日 · I find that for the most part, in a work session, the first time I go to print, Edge defaults to "Safe to PDF," once I have selected another printer (default or other printer) it seems to remember it for the rest of the session. But, if the computer goes to sleep, or you start a new Edge session, the Save to PDF "default" returns.

To check whether this has worked for you, open a PDF in Edge, draw/ink on it, then check whether the Save button shows as enabled. 2025年1月10日 · Recently my computer has started saving PDF file with notepad. When I want to open a file I will get two options notepad and PDF. If I open with notepad I will get codes and if open with PDF it will work but I waste lot of time changing from one form to other.
