2012年11月6日 · Just a thought. I used to love my 22-250 rifles. I shot them a lot and given the right conditions the 22-250 is a awesome little rifle that gives fine accuracy. On a still day a 22-250 is accurate but add in a 10 mph cross wind and the accuracy is blown away. I have made some unbelievable shots with the 22-250 on still days.

I went with the remington 783, which i might add is the best model remington has made since the original 700. I have both the 7mm mag and 22-250. I've got less than $350 in mine and its a tack driver.

2012年1月23日 · Can't help you with the 22-250, but I have the Am Predators in 223 and 243. The 223 is very accurate, with many loads shooting half inch groups at 100. The 243 is super accurate, putting 2 different factory loads in .2 to .3 inches at 100.

2009年3月14日 · A cartridge such as the .223 certainly wouldn't need to be retracted the same as a .300 H&H. There's also the magnum length actions. Incidently, it was announced that Ruger was to produce a small run of bolt actions in .300 H&H and be on their long action.
