Roku Express 4k - Dolby Digital plus no sound.
2024年3月11日 · Here's my setup: Roku connected to Vizio tv via HDMI Vizio TV connected to Onkyo receiver via optical. my TV is capable of transcoding dolby digital plus to just dolby digital. This setup works fine with the Roku 3, but does not work with the express 4k. Volume leveling is off and also the audio settings are same on both the Roku players.

New Roku 4k Express Plus audio problem
2021年7月26日 · Just received a Roku 4K Express Plus from Roku. Took out my neighbor's older Express Plus and installed the new Express Plus 4K. The Rokus are tied to a received by an HDMI cable. No audio comes from the new 4K but I can unplug the 4K and install the old Roku and there is audio. Uninstall the old and install the new, no audio.
