The RTX 2080 Super was only a 5% improvement on average over the RTX 2080. But really you could lump the RTX 2070 Super, RTX 2080, and RTX 2080 Super all together into the same tier of performance because they were very close to being exactly the same card as far as the performance went.

You may also aim for a "mid range" overclocking (~1000mv), to get a good frequency (let's say 1950-2000mhz) without having to bruteforce all sliders to 11 to get the last 50mhz.
