Within the lore, Primagens and Protogens were artificially created by the Premogenitor race within a deep space biotech facility in the universe known as ZOR (Zenith's Outer Reach).

Primagens and Protogens are a cyborg alien species created by the FurAffinity user Malice-risu. Primagens were first created back in February 2015, with help from Kaiborg Studios Ascii & Abraxas* they were commissioned as partial Fursuits. Kaiborg Studios helped during our final design process and created the first digital-faced raptor duo.

2024年7月21日 · Protogens are anthropomorphic creatures with a combination of robotic and organic features. They are approximately 60% organic and 40% machine. Their physical traits often include: Robotic or mechanical parts integrated into their bodies, such as cybernetic limbs, visors, or digitigrade legs.

According to Primagen lore, the species is about 70 percent artificial and 30 percent organic and comes from another universe, depicted as a raptor-like cyborg in most reference sheets with digital visors over their faces (shown below).
