2009年10月20日 · Illinois. Jun 21, 2012. #1. I am just wondering what everyones take is on section 307 of the 2006 IFC. We did not issue permits for patios until recently. There have been a couple that included wood burning fire pits. According to 307, the fire pit can not be located within 25 feet of any structure.
