The Plymouth Sundance / Dodge Shadow appeared in the fall of 1986 as 1987 models, and looked remarkably similar to the upscale Chrysler LeBaron GTS / Dodge Lancer (H-bodies). The body was, indeed (according to Dan Minick), based on these cars, shortened somewhat, and using some Dodge Daytona body stampings and parts.

This car has tough wheels and a durable suspension. Fact: in my case, the Sundance cost about $600 less per year than a Civic for insurance (in 1991).

2019年2月21日 · I just bought a 1994 Plymouth Sundance duster with a 3.0 and a manual transmission. It shifts into 1-4 and reverse just fine but no 5th gear. The shifter will go into and stay in the 5th position but it won't engage at all, as if still in neutral. Has anybody dealt with this before or have any suggestions on where to start?

2015年5月22日 · I recently encountered a no start on my Sundance while I was driving, the car just quit. I was able to restart I for about 1 minute and then it promptly died. I chalked this up to being on an empty tank. Got it home and added fuel to 1/2 tank, still no go. This was a month ago. Thought maybe Ii burnt out the fuel pump due to starvation/no cooling.
