2019年5月5日 · As people have mentioned, the Parthia on the map at game start isn't the Parthia that's famous. It was a greek vassal state, that was eventually overrun by the Parni - who became the famous Parthia. This is something you can do in the game (Parnia -> Dahae -> Parthia) but Paradox just forgot to add a way to religion switch into Zoroastrianism.

2021年3月1日 · Parthia is definitely looking beefy there but I think the opportunity to really rip the seleucids to pieces has probably passed. You never know though. As I expand past Macedon and into Anatolia I will try to ally them as Rome and see if we can sandwich the seleucids, and hopefully they'll form a real empire.

2010年6月28日 · I had a Parthia game not too long ago, it was actually really entertaining. I started at one of the earliest possible dates while the Seleucids were in a civil war, so it was a matter of building an army (drop maintenance to 0% while building it and raise it to 100% before declaring war) and attacking when the loyalists were weakest.

2021年3月18日 · You annex parthia for free, allowing you to form parthia instantly for massive boni in tearms of troop count since you will be switching culture, making your old culture integrated with citizen rights. That one is great. The monarch of the seleucid empire is murdered by you while they loose stab and I believe loyalty, too.

2019年5月9日 · I choose Parthia, and I am having some issues. I am playing at hard level, but my main problem is that, as a subject of Seleucids, I just can't do anything!! I managed (during a rebellion) to get the independence, and actually I was doing pretty good (full happiness, religion, culture and good economy).
