Hi Lisa I'm the same have put weight on and struggling to shift it! I was on HRT and that didn't help with my weight. I do a lot of walking but nothing seems to shift the weight from my middle I've cut down on my food as well but nothing seems to help. a friend said her weight didn't settle down until after the dreaded 12 months without a period.

2017年7月5日 · Hi Samantha, I have been on Livial for many years 12+ ,whilst I can no longer recall if I gained weight when I started I can however confirm that I have been able to loose weight and have never exceeded 69 kg at my heaviest. Funny I have been fixating on the same thing. I've been in menopause for 2 years now but just within the last 6 months or so I have gained the 'menopot' as they say. The weight is all around my hips and stomach. I haven't changed my eating so I know it is hormonal. I have never had to watch my weight (fortunately) but now I do.
