2022年5月4日 · There is no option for me to rollback my windows 10 in any further than today. I have tried turning off and holding the power button for a minute. I have installed most of the updates/drivers(somehow no driver for the touch compliant) from the official Lenovo driver page for my device, still no solution.

Rebooting and resetting my computer, the works. I've tried everything there is online and it's still not working. I downloaded lenovo vantage, it says my drivers are up to date.

The problem persisted--all the hardware and advanced hardware tests I did were normal. The laptop is under warranty and Lenovo came and changed the motherboard.

Hello, so my laptop cursor disappeared- I am running Windows 10 on a Lenovo Ideapad, the settings say the pointing device is 'enabled', all my drivers are up to date, I am still able to operate the laptop with the keyboard. I have no external mouse to test with. If anyone could help out that would be very much appreciated!
