Shrine of Imām ʿAlī (a) (Arabic: عَتَبَة إمام عَلي ع) is located in Najaf, Iraq and is the place where he has been buried. For many years after his demise, the location of his grave was a secret. Imam al-Sadiq (a) revealed it in 135/752-3. Different structures have been built in different eras.

Imam Ali's burial place is in the Masjid and adjacent to his grave, there are 2 graves of Prophet Adam and Prophet Nuh (Noah). Nuh built his arc in this place, where he dwelled. Both the house and shrine don't charge any fees.
