Ive searched on here but havent found a lot of info. Also what are your suggestions on if I should go with a cold smoker or hot smoker? Id prefer electric control.

2013年10月5日 · I also welded up a rack and made a diffuser. The diffuser is just thin stainless. I will evaluate it after the first smoking and adjust the holes or make an entirely new one. I blew through (2) $17 step drills because the metal was tough. From now on, I will be using the plasma cutter to make holes.

I have my fire box done (an old grill). I have my PID built for my gas control. I still have to weld my fire box on run a pipe between the firebox and smoker.
