2016年11月22日 · Put this together yesterday. Going to make another for the other side. It’s a 6ft commercial threshold. Mounted a block of aluminum to the saw and the outfeed with a kerf that fits the rib on he bottom of the threshold. With the saw off it’s fits nicely on the stand and takes up no extra space.

2021年11月24日 · I use the sawhelper wings on a bosch stand. Much more sturdy than the bosch wings. Also have a kapex with the rolling stand. Bearpau, maybe look at adding the fastcap wings to the bosch setup. Also not cheap. For homemade options, look up Insider carpentry and carpenter one three on youtube.

2022年11月22日 · My original miter saw stand was a 12' section of an old wooden extension ladder set on a pair of saw horses. The saw and material supports were mounted to wooden frames that fit over (and could slide along) the rails of the ladder. I thought it was a pretty good setup until I saw the Sawhelper stand at a JLC Live show.

2015年3月3日 · The only thing I don't like about the stand is the material supports on the wings. They aren't wide enough - cutting small stock like shoe moulding, it always slides right off. The edge of the damn supports are right flush with the fence of the saw, and has a rounded edge, so anything small slides off. Extremely annoying. Anyways.

2008年1月30日 · I have 2 Rigid MS-UV stands for my 12" SCMS---suit me just fine. Also have the Dewalt stand for my 10" miter saw---works well for punch-out time (shoe, small crown, ect). I also have the Bosch gravity rise for my table saw---Quick and easy set-up / tear-down. Would seriously consider the Bosch stands for SCMS.
