2016年3月16日 · The traces of running water from the vertical areas were added at the same time with small dots of black oil color. After that - the wooden deck was glued in place and washed with white and black oil colors. Now a layer with matt/shiny clear coat follows, then painting the details, glazing the windows.

HMS Curlew - sunk 26 May 1940, Narvik by Ju-88s of KG30
2017年5月21日 · Subject is HMS Curlew, a 'C' Typer cruiser that was converted for anti-aircraft use just prior to the outbreak of the war. She was sunk on the 26th of May 1940, after she came under attack from German Ju-88 bombers of Kampfgeschwader 30 whilst in Lavangsfjord, near Narvik, Norway.

Oh Iain you're living my dream , I spent £300 on the White ensign 1/350th HMS Hood when it first came out nearly 20 years ago, and I long to get the 200th scale one , and all the fixings, but there's no way I could justify the £500 or so the project would cost to myself let alone my wife!
