2022年7月11日 · Also try angling the official SIM card eject tool towards the tray when inserting as the latch is towards it. My recommendation is a sewing/mending needle because they are thin and small. One more way I have tried is straightening a staple pin and using that, use a wooden table or ledge to push it in as your fingers will hurt if you try to push it.

2020年11月30日 · As title. I recently got S20FE and when I tried to swap the sim, the sim card tray broke and now the old sim card is stuck inside. One side of the card tray broke off. I managed to removed the SD card but the sim is stuck. I managed to get a new sim card for the new phone, but I can't do anything to the S8+ since no one can put their sim card in.

But I also noticed the SIM tray is probably the worst part of this phone. I have a sim and an SD card and the card could barely fit into the frame. Inserting the tray after that was a bit hard and I could sense pressure. I hope mine won't be stuck forever, haven't tried removing it... I imagine it will require some force to come out fully.

So a buddy lended me his tray and I used my personal Verizon sim. This actually caused my account to be locked as the device's IMEI was black listed.
