2016年12月29日 · A black horse will be either Ee (black carrying red) or EE (black not carrying red) A bay horse is black with dominant agouti (AA or Aa) AA will always throw a donimant agouti Aa will be 50/50 on throwing the dominant gene. So if you have a bay mare that is AA she will always have bays when bred to a Friesian stallion.

2009年7月19日 · You can get a 3/4 simply by having a parent that is, for example, 1/2 Arab and 1/2 Friesian, then breeding it to a full Friesian. The result is 3/4 Friesian, 1/4 Arab. LoL, in other words, breed a half-bred to a full bred. Really beautiful pictures, regardless of the breeding.

A chestnut Friesian out of registered parents can be registered, but any future offspring of the chestnut horse cannot be. Chestnut in the Friesian book is also called Fox. To date there are only 4 recorded Fox Friesians.

A brown horse would not have the ability to appear jet black at certain times of the years - he may be brown, or faded brown, but you won't get that jet black Friesian color on a brown.
