2021年6月4日 · The only work around I've found, is to do a single label at a time. I use fedex ship manager to create the label, select 4x6 PDF as the format. When I go to print, it loads the label into adobe acrobat reader, which then lets me print correctly as a 4x6 label. Any other alternative produces garbage looking labels.

2020年7月21日 · Use FedEx Ship Manager, not Ship Manager Lite. Set your preferences to 4x6/Thermal label. Ask FedEx for labels. They have multiple models, you want any of the ones that say "Zebra 2844 and ZP500 Printers" or "Fanfold" - make sure they're 4x6.

USB connected printer. Do a test print from the driver\windows, works just fine. Connect Ship Manager to server, do a test print to the printer, works just fine.

2023年2月6日 · When shipping through FedEx ship manager the ship button will not print out a label, but when testing the label printer on both FedEx ship manager and through the printer settings the printer spits out test prints. I’ve been able to solve the issue temporarily by uninstalling and reinstalling Ship Manager, but it’s a temporary solution.

2020年12月4日 · The biggest symptom is, upon starting FedEx Ship Manager, nothing apparently happens. I say "apparently", but the software shows as running in Task Manager. Furthermore, when I looked at the event logs, there were some errors (I will copy in from handwritten notes below, there was a bit more in the log and can look them up in the morning).

2023年10月8日 · If you're using the new Ship Manager at Fedex.com and a ZP505, check out the thermal label printer plugin. It's in the settings. Sends the label(s) right to the printer and prints them properly. I started using it a couple months ago.
