So basically, how does one differentiate between enhanced physiologic tremor and ET? Performance anxiety? While caffeine/adderalll make the tremor worse, I have not found any benefit with alcohol.

I read an article about two older ppl who ate mold by accident and developed a severe action tremor which appeared 3 hours after they ate it. The man reacted worse than the woman. Then the tremor disappated. Different ppl react differently than others to mold toxicity.

But it wouldn’t happen all the time so that’s what I meant by at random times The doctor said it was either essential tremor or enhanced physiologic tremor and I’m pretty sure the latter was all but ruled out

2023年9月25日 · So far, my GP said I likely have ET. But I've read a ton of these kinds of threads, and some folks say this isn't ET. I've seen it called "Enhanced Physiologic Tremor" and I think that has a ring of truth to it. EPT is like an amplified version of "physiologic tremor" which everyone has. Still, I am battling some anxiety around this symptom.
