2016年3月4日 · Filet is filet of beef tenderloin. This is a rather impressive menu for Texas Roadhouse. The one I ate at ONLY had USDA Choice sirloin, the ribeyes/ny strips were Select. Refused to pay for that. Would have loved a choice t/bone/porterhouse. Edit: tenderloin is more lean and has less calories then sirloin.

2023年10月16日 · Went here for the first time ever as I am from Canada. Ordered a 12 ounce filet cooked medium rare. Ended up with this which was obviously undercooked but it was actually still quite delicious and extremely tender. I have never had filet before so I do not know if that has anything to do with it cause I usually just cook rib-eyes and striploins.

2022年9月1日 · I had a 16oz ribeye medium rare from roadhouse tonight for my daughter's bday and it was divine. I know they don't look prime but dear God it was delicious. $24 for 16oz steak, two sides, unlimited rolls and no cooking or dishes. I'll take it lol. My local grocery wants $18 for a 16oz ribeye these days so we frequent roadhouse when we want steaks.
