2011年5月18日 · To the best of my knowledge there is nothing done to the engine of a police model Tahoe. I am just assuming this because there was nothing really done to the motor in the Crown Vics. The suspension is the biggest thing, and they are put on a pretty heavy diet compared to the "civilian" Tahoe. The top speed limiter is removed for sure also.

2012年4月24日 · Most Tahoe PPVs come with auxiliary battery option (Pro Code 6A6, 5W4 or 9C1), which is part of PPV package. Based on GM published electric circuit schematic, auxiliary battery only supplies power to police add-on electric gears which will be installed by an aftermarket upfitter before Tahoe being delivered to police department.
