I've suggested 59200 to providers in the past and I've had mixed responses, some prefer 51703, some opted to use 59200, though all have always agreed they would prefer to use a GU code opposed to 43460.

In the facility setting 58300 has only 1.49 RVUs while 57103 has 2.24. The bladder catheter balloon will require some manipulations as does the Bakri balloon. And yes, code the the PP hemorrhage D&C with 59160-78.
