2012年6月6日 · Back to square one. Did an air test to find any leaks around or in HPOP through the ICP. Saw no evidence of leaks from the stc fitting or around the HPOP. Was hearing a gurgling noise which sounded like it was coming from the pump. Took the pump out and did a air test through the system without the pump attached. No air noises or anything.

Base oil pressure OK until gets warmed up, then gauge drops, and I need to keep 800-1000 RPM to keep base oil pressure (if I continue to run, RPMs need to keep climbing to maintain base pressure) (second screenshot)

When cranking I had sync, 48 volts ficm, Icp was about 230 if I remember correctly and Ipr went from 14-15 koeo straight to 85 while cranking. My question is what is the best pump to buy for the right price.

Order the part by "basic part number" 9G804 from Ford. This part is updated with an enlarged channel that prevents the outlet tube of the high pressure oil pump from rubbing through on the cover.
