Cutting magnet on Graphtec FC 8600, anyone try it?
2016年2月17日 · Many of the folks I've talked to, and even the supplier says to print on vinyl, hand cut the magnet material, and then mount the vinyl on it, which seems like a PITA too! I found one place that sells pre-cut 12x24 rounded magnet material, but most of what we do is 7x10 or 10x14 - still looking for a supplier that has pre-cut in those sizes.

2006年8月21日 · Yes, the cut debris still remains magnetic, but it is so minute of particle that it is of little consequence, other than accumulating on other magnetic things, given the chance. I actually keep a bag of VERY strong neo mags at the return, on the table, so that ALL debris gets caught there, before heading into the filter tank.

We also put a small table in front of the plotter and have one person on each side so the weight of the material is supported as it feeds into and out of the plotter.

2008年10月11日 · You may have a better chance to contour cut with the SUMMA T series. I have seen a few posts about people using the older T-750 for contour cutting magnetics as it is a TRUE tangential cutter which basically means it cuts one direction lifts the knife rotate it to cut the other direction, It is not a drag knife style cutter.
