2024年12月27日 · I agree with the La Pedrera suggestion, the rooftop is really quite cool. Parc Guell would be fun for kids to explore but in February you'll have to play it by ear with weather. Many years ago I did a long walk guided by a super detailed map of all things Gaudi in Barcelona, including small things like door knockers.
Sagrada Familia and Park Guell on same day: how to best plan time?
2018年9月29日 · It's an easy city bus from there to the park, then an easy bus from the park back to Eixample where we were staying. If I remember, our cathedral entry was around 9 am, and our Park entry was around 2 pm. We had no problem fitting all that in, plus a quick bite and beer. In my view, the tour part of the the cathedral is skippable.

2024年6月24日 · For Gaudi Park you should be able to buy tickets in about two/three weeks on its website. For Sagrada Familia they should be available on the official website about two months before your desired visit. For Monserrat I don’t know because for our group of 7 a used a tour operator which included round trip transportation from my hotel.

2023年5月17日 · It might be city experiences. We started at the block of discord. Went inside the famous building there. Went to another Gaudi building that I don’t remember the name of right now. It was a short distance from the first set of buildings. Then to the park which was my least favorite. Finally to the Gaudi cathedral that I can’t spell right now.

2020年2月7日 · Also, nearby Toledo and Segovia are great. Toledo is the former capital of Spain and more interesting, since it is older. It has a great cathedral. Segovia is nice and worth a day trip. Barcelona has the Gaudi sites, especially Sagrada Familia, which is special. Also, there are several other Gaudi sites. The Cathedral and Las Ramblas area is great.

Time Necessary in Park Guell and Gaudi buildings
2024年1月12日 · Parc Guell is worthwhile, but recent reports have it overrun to the point that you can hardly see the Gaudi elements, and it does take extra time to get up there. At the time of my 2016 visit the tourist office (with a convenient branch beneath Placa de Catalunya) had a free city map and a better map for 1 euro (probably more costly now).
