    《美利坚合众国宪法》第十八修正案 简称“第十八修正案”，是美国宪法历史上宣告酒类酿造、运输和销售是违法的一个修正案，实质上颁布了酒类饮料的禁制令。另外制定的沃尔斯泰德法则颁布了执行第十八修正案的细节，并定义何种“致醉”酒类饮料是被禁止的，以及何种是被排除于禁酒令外的，如药用或宗教仪式用酒类。这修正案是第一个设定生效缓冲期限、并是第一个设定同意期限的修正案。第十八修正案在1919年1月16日达到足够数量的州认可，并于1920年1月17日生效。
