2019年3月27日 · Ok. The Cold Steel SRK has been one of my favorite knife designs ever. My old, beat up, 20 something Carbon V SRK was the first “expensive” knife I bought. In my youth, it was my grail knife, and I saved up many a dollar to finally purchase it. Quite a step up from my 5 dollar flea market knives!

2021年7月9日 · Ideally Cold Steel would make a version with the smaller, thinner, saber-ground blade of the Compact with the larger handles of the SRK -- but I wear 2XL gloves, so I prefer a longer, thicker handle for feather sticking & splitting kindling.

2023年6月20日 · The SRK-C is a solid, inexpensive knife. I was fortunate in that my wife and daughter didn't communicate very well, so I recived one from each of them a couple Christmases ago. I also have a couple Prodigies. Personally, I prefer the 420 HC steel on the Prodigy, but the sheath on the SRK-C. (There's just no pleasing me, is there?)

2022年1月19日 · I had an SRK some years ago and never ended up using it. I sold it because at the time my state had a 5.5" limit so I couldn't even carry it legally. Unfortunately after I sold it the laws in my state changed.
