2021年1月11日 · Apple TV 4K stuck in 576p resolution My Apple TV 4K keeps switching to 576p resolution. Everything streams in this low resolution and the aim screen is at this resolution as well. The Apple TV has only been experiencing this issue for the past few months. I have called apple support and the only solution is to reset the entire device.

2024年10月10日 · Well this issue continues on my new Apple TV 4K, but it much worse now. On the show Kaos it regularly skips and then degrades the video quality to 480 or less and is unwatchable. Only happens on the Netflix app (Apple TV+ is crystal clear, as are all other streaming apps) so it must be the Netflix Apple TV app.

2023年8月3日 · Unfortunately, I’m having the same problem with the NEW Apple TV 4K remote. I tried turning off with the HDMI-CEC function on my Samsung TV and through Apple TV. I’m starting to think it’s the Samsung TV causing the issue because when I use the Old Apple 4K and the New Apple TV 4K on my old 1080p Toshiba, no issues.

2024年4月22日 · Netflix is TERRIBLE on Apple TV 4k (3rd Gen) On my new Apple TV 4k it appears that Netflix is only playing back at 480p (or worse). Netflix is fine on my smart TV and other apps are fine on Apple TV 4k. And yes, I've done all of the recommended fixes (reinstalling, restarting, unplugging, reseting, etc).

2022年9月14日 · Just updated my Apple TV 4K (Third Gen) and Apple TV HD to the most recent version of TVOS and to my surprise when I watch anything on any of my streaming services they all default to PCM 2 Channel Stereo when either of my Yamaha Amps is set to Straight. In other words, Apple TV sends only 2 channel stereo to the amp.

2022年12月24日 · How I solved it: During the Apple TV setup, I connected to wireless as usual. At that time, I added the Apple TV'S MAC ID to my wireless router (Asus). Later on, I switched to ethernet for a more consistent 4k image. I made this change in my Apple TV'S Network menu.
