2024年1月12日 · I recently purchased an iPhone 13 mini from Reebelo as an alternative (and potential replacement) to my 15 Pro, and I just wanted to share my experiences so far! So on Reebelo, they give you the option to choose between premium, pristine, excellent, good, or acceptable condition.

Wifi, Bluetooth, cellular, all completely dead. I used every known fix and had 0 success. Thats when I went down the rabbit hole of Reebelo as far as customer reviews (which I should have done initially but it was recommended to me by a good friend so I went for it especially after reading their 32k purchased/bot trust pilot reviews.

2021年6月29日 · Just to comment on that (fyi I am one of the founders of Reebelo) - what we are trying to build is a dedicated store to pre-owned consumer electronics where only a small number of professional, certified sellers is allowed to list (in contrast to most other platforms who focus on a large quantity of sellers).

Reebelo here. We have both new and refurbished devices on our website, our refurbished phones tend to save you anywhere from 10-70% and come in a variety of conditions. All are fully functional, and have a minimum of 80% battery health, 90%, or 100% depending on what condition you get!

2024年2月17日 · I have purchased excellent condition from Reebelo. Might be worth taking a look at their grading scale though, because "excellent" is not "like-new condition". Excellent would be closer to "very good" condition. In saying that though, my phone came in an exceptional condition.

2023年9月3日 · Stay clear of the online company Reebelo that sells refurbished phones and electronics. Buying the actual phones were a smooth and quick transaction, however their return warranty procedure is terrible. It took a month back and forth with correspondence via email when I tried to make a claim on a refurbished phone that was heating up.

2022年11月22日 · I bought a brand new iPhone 15 from Reebelo and paid them their price. Brand new phones as promised by Reebelo are supposed to be in the sealed box and presumably with everything intact. I received my phone and it was obvious that the box had been opened. The leaflets were not in the pouch and it was also tossed about in the box and had been used.

2024年6月26日 · Ordered a Brown Galaxy S21 Ultra in "pristine" condition from Reebelo. Looked like a legitimate site, thought it might be a bit of a gamble on the condition at best. What I received wasn't even CLOSE to what I ordered! wrong color - wrong phone.
