In tropical climates, the leaves don't yellow like actual potatoes so that would be a poor indicator for you. Also before you harvest, don't forget to cut yourself a bunch of slips to plant again for next season! 👍

2021年12月28日 · There is a sweet potato vine that will only ever grow vines, it is just a cousin of the edible sweet potato. If you just cut up a sweet potato then that's not it. It's sold as an annual and will root really easily in water with no additional stuff. And the vine is a very aggressive grower so I'd just toss the sweet potato chunk and buy the vine.
