I've been replaying all the Stronghold games the past few weeks and I have to disagree. Stronghold, Crusader, and 2 are all great titles imo. They've held up really well. The story in 2 blows, but the missions are still fun. If the 2D Stronghold's had some of the castle management features from 2, it would be the perfect game.

2014年9月22日 · I can't really describe it but it feels like the troops aren't as solid as Crusader. Everything seems smaller. Your castle, the maps, the fights, they didn't really capture the mood of crusader. EDIT: forgot to mention, I would probably recommend this game if you like the original crusader, although the $50 is a little high.
