2025年1月10日 · C: Any bird, rodent or vermin nests or disturbance in the attic near the soffit vents. NOTE: Especially the vented soffit directly above the vertical stain. You catch my drift. You see where I am going with this? Paint looks blistered in stained areas. As well, look at the aesthetic shutter. It is not placed evenly against the window trim.

2011年8月9日 · Is there an “allowable” dryer vent screen?. Today’s inspection had a rodent/bird screen installed at the exterior of the building with fairly large openings (estimated approximately 3/4"). It did not appear that a lint build up was possible with this type of cover.
