Occasionally, Ranch Living will buy a lot and build a home that is classified as a spec home. If we are not too far along in the process, you may be able to choose finishes. Here are some of the homes that are currently available with quicker move-in times.

Ranch Living floor plans are designed for modern families in Colorado. Plans are designed with open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, and upper-end finishes. We strive to exceed expectations and create beautiful homes that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.

The Valdoro 21 is a modernized version of the standard Valdoro plan, wit h upgraded features including 16-foot sliding doors, a luxury fireplace, a U-shaped stairway, and many other upgrades to both the interior and exterior.

Ranch Living will help you get set up with construction lenders. Because we already have established relationships with banks in the area, we require that our clients use one of our banks to ensure a smooth process.

The Windsor has a significantly lower base price than the Valdoro. This is a very flexible floorplan for simple, yet significant floor layout modifications.

The Valdoro II is our traditional ranch with three bedrooms plus a study on the main level, a gourmet kitchen with a large island, and a grand room. A 3-car garage comes standard with this plan.

The Telluride features a standard 3-car garage, a formal living and dining room, a huge master bedroom suite, and 2 additional bedrooms on the main level (one could be used as a study/office). The Telluride I offers 2620 finished square feet on the main level.
