I have no issues using the headset on my phone with Skype, on my Windows machine with Skype or other apps on my Mac. The issue seems to be specific to Skype.

For both the PLT Focus or the AirPods, I confirm that the headset device is connected and working by testing audio in the Sound settings, as well as opening a YouTube video. The device works. When I join Teams calls, I cannot hear the other people, and they cannot hear me. The two above errors appear.
