Duane "Keefe D" Davis, the man charged with killing rapper Tupac Shakur in the '90s, lost his bid to have the case dismissed.

The decision was hailed as a success by prisoner rights advocates in attendance. Christian Walker, 44, died at High Desert State Prison on April 15, 2023.
