One of our favorite takes is a pumpkin version, glazed with coconut-orange frosting. These cinnamon rolls are made with pumpkin puree, coconut oil, brown sugar and plenty of warm spices.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves ... to allow the filling to set. Set the pumpkin roll on a serving plate or cutting board.
