近日，四川大学华西二院完成全球首例“单孔机器人解剖性肝脏右后叶切除术”。

解剖性切除方式被认为是肝脏肿瘤性病变的最标准和最优切除方式，一方面可以尽力保留肝实质，另一方面沿门静脉流域的切除可以降低肿瘤的复发转移风险。其中肝脏7段和8段的解剖性切除即肝脏右后叶切除，一直被认为是腔镜下肝切除的难点。经公开信息，此手术前，世界范围内尚无成人和儿童完成此类手术。
