I wanted a plain hearing aid without the extra electronic gadgets. But anyway, both times I tried Phonak there were ongoing problems with feedback and fuzzy sound. So I took them back, both times.
I wore Phonak hearing aids for 9 years and never had a problem with them. The Widex Moment hearing aids I replaced them with in 2020 was a step up in natural sound which I noticed and enjoyed.
