The Montpelier Police Department is urging the public to avoid the area of Gallison Hill Road due to what it called a 'major incident' after two people were found dead at a home Friday morning.

Montpelier Police say they responded to a home at 579 Gallison Hill Road around 11:30 a.m., for a report of a fight. Vermont State Police say officers found two people dead outside the home.
