The SC Forestry Commission said the truck will officially become the Circle Volunteer Fire Department's property once all program operations requirements are met.

The Forest City council on Nov. 18 formally approved the recent purchase of a new lightly used fire department rescue truck purchased at auction and the current roster of Forest City firefighters.
