Under load, when playing more cpu-intense games such as Total War Warhammer 3, it can reach around 70-75C. It's always very quiet. Any speaking or even whispering is louder than this fan.

After running the cpu at 100% for over 2 hours the highest temperature I recorded was 83 degrees and the fan was barely audable. I highly recommend this cooler as a replacment.
