Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. The guided tour of the house is on the ground floor and the upper floor. For visitors who are unable to climb the stairs we can play a DVD of the upstairs on the ground floor and they will then be able to re-join the group for the rest of the tour, this way they will not miss out on what is on the upper floor. The Italian gardens are accessible by wheelchair but the rest of the gardens are graveled pathways so it may be difficult pushing a wheelchair on this surface
