The park is surprisingly high, but with the hike up. Spectacular views. Go at sunset time if you can. See photos. Not crowded at all. steve的完整评论

Go on a sunny day for the best photos. Great view of the city. Can be a bit windy but worth it. Drive up as far as you can then it’s just a 2 min walk to the hill karenaF690TS的完整评论
Is this a good location for tourists wanting to do all the touristy things? Alcatraz, Piers, Lombard, Chinatown? Or is it quite far away from everything?

It is not completely out of the way, but there are other interesting Hill nearby like Mission Dolores Park that is also worth to visit.
