There are no tours. The building is the headquarters of a prestigious Buffalo law firm, who paid for the restoration. Besides, there is not much to see beyond the lobby. The interior of the building, from what I saw twenty years ago when you could wander around the structure, is rather sterile. There is an exhibit in the lobby about the building, and you are free to wander the first floor. Check out the elevators, and believe it or not, the undersides of the staircases. I hope this helps.
