Yes, there are no rentals at the beaches, but there is place in Esperanza, FUN BROTHERS rentals, that does have some equipment, but would try to contact them before you go to see if they have what you need and if you can reserve it....they also rent scooters, kayaks, boards and paddles. they are on the Malecon just up the street from Bili Restaurant
