There is no cost. when you get there there is a short film in the visitors center that is free. watch it because it gives great understanding to the place. As one gentleman put it, it is rusty but if you are at all interested in history, it's amazing what that place use to do and the machines that did it. Bring water for the kids cause there isn't anything to drink and you can spend awhile walking around.
