I have done both. I prefer riding it after dark. The views are awesome either way. Have fun.

How long does it take to go all the way around on the Sky wheel?
答:
Only one other cabin was filled when we went around. So it didn't take very long. We went around 4 full times. 15 minutes at the most for us.
