Hello Just checking what the experience was like during the half term week. We are planing to visit on Sunday and previously visited a year ago before the pandemic. Presuming there are lesser numbers but is the structure still the same in that you are taken from one room to another in a structured way? There doesn’t seem to be timed slots like before rather a morning and afternoon so wondered how it would work in many people turned up at the same time

We had to book a time and were informed that you could be turned away if late . This experience won’t be the same as the cast can not interact like usual and will stand 2 metres away . It would be good to go to support the attraction but be aware that you will not get the same experience. Book ahead wear a mask and they will tell you where to stand etc . It’s a safe attraction but not as enjoyable. Hope that helps
