I'm booked on a Carnival Miracle cruise (over a year from now) and none of the potential excursions are considered handicap accessible. I use a powerchair but I'm mostly just accompanying my wife where possible. Are excursions booked directly with Roberts accessible with advance notice, or is it possible to book a smaller private tour for 2-4 people with a lift-equipped vehicle?

I understand your upset your tour was cancelled but you have to look at the locals who live there to. Hawaii during hurricane season is one of the most unpredictable time for the weather so in truth a lot of locals don't prepare days in advance for the hurricanes just because you never know if its actually gonna hit the island. So the day its supposed to hit its one of the islands busiest days. For example 2016 we had 17 different hurricanes the state tracked and maybe about half of them at one point was predicted to hit the island a week after they first announce it and the next day the hurricane moves a different way so the islands are no longer threatened but instead we had 2 hurricanes on one side of the island chain and 2 more on the other side of the island chain none hitting land. It killed the trade winds for 2 weeks not a cloud in the sky and the humidity at 100%. So any weather related issues please try to understand were not trying to upset you folks but our locals need to be papered for whats to come after all once everything's said and done the locals are the last one on the island and they have to deal with any devastation that's left.

Can I do the circle tour if Hawaii from Honolulu and get picked up from cruise ship terminal then dropped at airport? Two passengers 24 th September . We will have luggage. Is that a problem?

Hi, looking at using Roberts for transfers from airport to Waikiki and return.. My return flight from Honolulu is at 8am, so i would need to be at the airport by 5:30am ...Do Roberts do pick ups between 4:30 & 5:00 am from Waikiki ?
